The caracteristic of the bordeaux red wines is the strong red-violet color. In the mouth, this wine has a lively attack, and a strong tannic evolution and finish. It is a long, well-structured and powerfull wine which amphasizes a great freshness in the mouth.

This bright wine has a rich pale yellow tint. About his flavour, it has an expressive pleasant rose flagrance, showing the fact that it's a very fruity white wine. In mouth, this very pleasant wine has a smooth and fruity attack at the begining, which tend to be ligther at the end. Then, after this,you feel in mouth an explosion of fruity and floral aromas. To conclude, this nice wine is lively and easy to drink with a wonderful floral taste.

This pleasant wine has a nice fragance of strawberry and a spice aroma too with a little bit of animal odour.
In mouth, this nice wine has a fresh attack, we can fell a roundness evolution. It coat the mouth, it is rich and fullbodied.
To conclude, it is a complex wine, because it seems to be ligth at the beginning but it's not, however this wonderfull wine will give you happiness.

This brillant wine from well-known region of Napa Valley in California has a brick red colour because of its old vintage (1998). This expressive wine has fine smells of oak wood, spices, and red fruits' jam. On the mouth, it starts with freshness attack but after 3 sips it is very different. We can appreciate the richness of this wine because of its full evolution in mouth and its aftertaste; it is rich in the mouth with a long finish. We feel physical sensation in the whole palate. To conclude, it is a medium or full bodied wine, that we have to drink by eating.

Color : This red wine from Bordeaux has a dark cherry black color. It has a deep color common from all Medoc wine.
Smell : It has a common smell of spicies, wood, smoke. Indeed they use old barrel, it's for that reason they have their fragrance of wood. Moreover this wine is too young to develop all smells.
Mouth : This wine has a pleasnt strong bodiy. At first it has a freshness but it desappear. It has a good roundness in mouth. Moreover, we can strongly feel tannic in the back of the mouth.
To conclude, this wine is a full bodied wine and well structured. The taste is typical of the Medoc wine. We should eat in the same time to hide astringency.

profile : in mouth, this full bodied wine has a quite round attack and a fresh evolution to balance richness in mouth. At the end it's a well structured wine, maybe a great variety. But it is also a spicy and tannic wine. The freshness in this wine is to equilibrate a hight alcool level.
comments : you can drink this wine during the main dish with Beef Bourguignon, Grilled Rib or steak with pepper sauce. or you can drink this for the dessert with cheese like Brie de Meaux, Pont-l'Eveque and Pouligny Saint-Pierre.

This wine has a very clear and lght color, this is the caracteristic of this type of wine (Pinot Noir). It has a light cherry red color.
When you smell it, you have a very pleasant expressive smell. In fact, you have some fragances of fruits above all cherries (griotte), it smells a little bit like the Kriek (Cheery Beer)! There is also spices, coffee aromas. You can smell a special attack with a strong acidity at the beginning, a little bit aggresive but after, it's very fruity, rich and there is a full-bodied evolution with lots of cherry taste.
This wine stays very long time in mouth which is very pleasant.
We can note that you can use the Pinot noir grape to make Champagne !
