Profile: Crisp Acidity. Balanced. Smooth Mouthfeel. Rich Body. Moderate Tannin. Long Finish.   Had this bottle for a while... No idea how long, where I got it, or what I paid. I was sort of put off by the "Neonato" designation, but decided to open it to go with a hearty, rich beef stew. What a pleasant surprise! It paired perfectly with the stew and really made the meal. I will definitely buy again (if I can find it!).
